U8 Cheetahs coached by Tom Needham

Coach Tom has been with the club for 3 years. He initially started coaching after watching his daughter play her first season. Sitting on the sidelines he noticed the kids needed some extra motivation.

Prior to stepping up to coach his daughter’s team, he had absolutely zero soccer experience. However, Coach Tom learned everything he could about the game to lead his team to a outstanding 17-4-3 record in just two outdoor and one indoor sessions.

07 Boys Premier Coached by Fouad Saad

Coach Fouad is going into his fifth year of coaching the Arsenal 07 team. He has two children that play for Arsenal. He has been involved with soccer for over 30 years, either playing or coaching. Coach Fouad has been with Arsenal since 2014.

Has his MSYSA "E" License.
MSPSP U13 Statewide Yellow Champions 2019 fall
WSSL U13 Division 2 Champions for both 2018 fall and 2019 spring (played up a year)
WSSL U11 Division 1 champions for both 2017 fall and 2018 spring
Spring 2019 tournament record: Crusader Cup finalist, Reds Invitational finalist
Fall 2019 tournament record: Powerade Invitational finalist, Autumn Classic finalist

09 Boys Select Coached by Marisa Sdao

Coach Marisa is going into her second year coaching the Arsenal 09 team, but has been coaching for five years. She started playing soccer with Wayne-Westland Soccer League when she was eight years old and plays to this day in her spare time. She attends the University of Michigan-Dearborn working towards her Elementary Education degree.

05 and 08 Boys Select Coached by Ryan Balko

Coach Ryan has been with the club for several years, playing and coaching. He attended Concordia University on a soccer scholarship. He has four children who have all played for the club. Coach Ryan is very passionate about the game and he shares this passion with all of his players.

Credentials/Records:

Has his MSYSA "E" License.
Has won many tournament championships during his coaching career and has also placed in the top three of several tournaments as well.

08 Girls Select Coached by Jeremy Brown

Coach Jeremy played soccer for 11 years growing up. He started coaching a recreational team for the league in 2010. He took his this team from division 3 to division 1 in just three years. In 2017 he started coaching 08 girls select and the team has been extremely successful. Coach Jeremy also has a daughter who plays for the club as well.
